The customer service was excellent. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Food great. Hotel price was good, we were expecting a standard room but was upgraded and given and early check in which we really appreciated.

I was very disappointed with my stay it was a anniversary for me and my partner we was on the top floor but the lift did not work the partying in the garden left us not getting much sleep I would highly appreciate some sort of refund if possible as I stay here often and never usually have a problem thank you
Broken lift noise and banging all night
