The staff were truly excellent. The girl at the reception was incredibly helpful, and I think she is one of this hotel’s biggest assets. She was very communicative, gave us plenty of useful advice and directions, and clearly knows her job inside out.
The food was average, and the bed was not particularly comfortable.
The location is right next to the train station. The neighbourhood felt clean, pleasant and safe. It is only one train stop to London Bridge and two stops to Victoria Station.
For anyone arriving from Gatwick Airport, this location is absolutely perfect.

Welcoming and friendly staff, lovely and clean room.
Paying for car park, Hotel don't have spaces to own park.

Staff were nice and helpful even though the system was down.
Fire alarm on Sunday at 8am.
Room was clean, bathroom was ok but the " restaurant "was a nightmare.
Super badic food but the floor was very sticky and dirty, fabric on chairs and sofas filthy but the waffle maker...I've never seen anything like this in my life. Covered in so much grease and burned batter that it literally looked scary. I don't believe it's safe and definitely shouldn't be legal to use.
