The room was very clean and tidy.
Everything was there to have a good nights stay.
Close to Heathrow terminal but the sound proofing was excellent so no noise.
Lots of car parking.
The directions to the hotel are a bit sketchy.
Better signage.
I got woken up by somebody knocking at my door late at night but that wasn't the hotels fault.
The parking is a bit tight.

It’s near to the terminal. Nice facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception, the spa and the maintenance man.
Unfortunately I had to change the room I was in to start with because the air con wasn’t working properly.
But the receptionist staff, especially Donald were very helpful and moved me quickly to a room on the same floor so I could be near my aunt. I also appreciated the maintenance guy helping me solve the problem. Informed the reception staff knew the problem. He also helped me with moving my luggage. Thank you
