Clean. Good food. Friendly and helpful front desk/reception/concierge staff.
I stayed here from 18-19th Sept 2026 too and left my new Uniqlo denim jacket in the wardrobe. Called back the next day and the hotel claims they cannot find it. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in a hotel of this reputation a real shame. Be careful out there.

I suffered a really bad panic attack in heathrow and missed my flight home. The reception lady checking me in massively helped just by speaking to me as I was travelling alone and I didn’t realise at the time until afterwards that she kindly upgraded me. I never got the chance to say thank you as I was in such a state but heart felt thank you.

Clean, good food, helpful and friendly reception/concierge staff
I left my brand new Uniqlo denim jacket in the wardrobe on checkout and when I contacted the hotel the next day they claimed they couldn’t find it. To this day.
