La ubicación muy cercana al centro. Excelente trato del personal de recepción. Zona tranquila de la ciudad y de fácil acceso en coche.
Se escuchaban las voces de los usuarios de otras habitaciones. Se escuchaban los pasos de los usuarios de las habitaciones superiores. El colchón de muelles muy incomodo. Había pelusas acumuladas bajo la cama. La relación calidad/precio no se ajusta.

I had a room to the internal patio. Really beautifully quiet. Room small but perfectly formed! Excellent bed. Excellent bathroom

Clean. Nice firm bed and clean, crisp sheets.
WIFI did not work in our room (2nd floor) - only in the
small reception area in 1st floor. Staff told us when we
arrived this was a known issue - yet no credit or price
reduction offered when asked. This was very
disappointing after hiking for 34 days on the Camino
de Santiago and then paying $90 EU per night -
thinking we would have a “splurge” and opportunity to
relax in our room and connect with family privately as
compared to the Albergues and Hostels we stayed in
over the journey. In addition, the room did not have
any soap or shampoo (as advertised) and only one
large bath towel provided. It’s important to add that
staff was super nice and responded promptly to
provide toiletries and appropriate towels (though even
then, only shampoo and body wash was provided - no
bar soap for hand washing - odd)!

The location was a leisurely ten minute walk to the Cathedral, and just two minutes to the pedestrian zone. But what made this hotel stand out was the very helpful young woman working the front desk. If all hotels could hire people as pleasant and helpful as she was, travel would be a breeze.

Ideal location. Comfortable clean rooms. The receptionist was so friendly and she was really helpful with any queries I had about buses and places to eat. A great place to stay in Santiago.
This was my second stay within 10 days in this hotel on both ends of my Camino to Finisterre/Muxia.

An excellent place to stay in Santiago. clean, comfortable rooms in the old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly and everything worked smoothly. Good value for money too.

We didn't eat there..not included and 2 great places very close. Location good, but not able to get on wifi very often. If u don't need any front desk service since not staffed all times this is a deal. They are very nice
I wouldn't book again...because breakfast not included..most hotels it is. Also I need more front desk services, since I had never visited compostola. Suggestions little help resturants etc

What a lovely hotel, quite small and well presented, very close to the old town, easy walking distance, good facilities close by such as supermarket and restaurants. I chose not to have the breakfast option but it was available. Staff super helpful and friendly. I booked a single room, had a room with a balcony which made it feel very special. Really good hotel, I would stay again if I were to return. I loved it was close to the centre yet quiet.

the location is great. the staff was the best part. they were so helpful and friendly for the tired traveler.
I had an inside room so there was no outside window. and I felt trapped. the walls are so thin I could literally hear the next door neighbor poop in the toilet.

The property was close to the cathedral area. The room was small, but tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
No air. It was unseasonably warm and the room didn’t have adequate ventilation. Would have appreciated a fan.

Staff, location, reception smelt amazing. A warm welcome and helpful receptionist arranging a taxi for me. Also a very observant cleaner who noticed I had doubled my pillow so left me a second!
Noise from outside and the lovely lady in the room next door snoring! The walls are paper thin but I think that is just how it is in the area! Old beautiful buildings!

The WiFi never worked in my room, they said it's normal when it rains...well with good weather wasn't working either.
The shower door couldn't be closed.
No toilet paper.
The window couldn't be opened so I felt sometimes without air.
Very noisy, literally I could hear every movements from the other room.

Location is excellent, only a few minute walk to the Cathedral. Staff were very helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. As the hotel wasn't full, upgraded me to a bigger room... which was much appreciated. Thank you! 😊
Some of the single rooms are very small and are interior without any view.

Booking in after reception desk is closed proved a little difficult. Thanks to a neighbouring restaurant owner we got it sorted.

the shower didn’t function enough to wash my hair. The owners have a wellness spa where I could have showered but somehow could not let me access the facilities. End of Camino, two days, no real shower😢

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even before my arrival they answered all my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. The room was exactly what I had in mind for my stay - traditional style, cosy and clean. The location was absolutely amazing and ideal for exploring the city. Can highly recommend it!
There were a few tiny things I was missing in the room - a city map on arrival would have helped (got one in reception the next morning), a pen and maybe a kettle with instant coffee/tea (didn't expect the latter as it didn't say so in room description but would have been nice).

Really good location in Old Town. Perfect for exploring. However although old building is nice, the rooms were very noisy. Stairs, floors etc all wooden so could hear people in other rooms coming and going and walking about. Not ideal if you have a child.
