The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location for Interlaken west train station They provide cake and coffee in the afternoon Very handy for restaurants etc. Switzerland is expensive but given that really good value. We booked a room with a sink. The toilet was on the same floor and though the shower was 2 floors down it was never a problem.
