They, did not honor my booking with booking .com, they said i dont have booking with them in their system, even i showed them my booking confirmation email, so i had to cancel booking and than they offered me different smaller size room with small bed room at same price also made me deposit money until check out and worth thing is sent police station with family and toddler baby for report which was never be part of this booking at booking.com, NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I NEED MY ALL MONEY BACK AND COMPENSATION.

Night duty guy was not helping at all, When i asked to call taxi or number for taxi at the time of checkout in morning so he said we dont call taxi for customer and we dont have any number for taxi, very rude.
