The Westin Melbourne's prime CBD location made attending the concert hassle-free, as we could easily walk to and from the venue. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly impressive bathroom. The sauna, steam room, and pool were welcome amenities, adding to our relaxation. Breakfast was enjoyable, too, rounding off a pleasant stay.

Great central location, room is spacious with comfortable beds, overall nice and professional staff
Maintenance/house keeping was a bit sloppy one day with some tissues left on the floor and not all towels refreshed, took a while for our luggage to arrive in our room so we had to call the front desk to inquire. We are thinking hotel is short staffed?

No enough charging points for devices. Power points hard to get to for older folk. Lobby bar’s hours minimal, though room service was a good alternative.

Amazing location, with leafy outlook onto historic cathedral in chic district, reminiscent of Paris.
Great service, breakfast, exquisitely comfy beds.
With 2 adult kids with me, a bigger room would be a bonus.

Location is excellent; Staff and service are outstanding; We had some minor issues with the room, but they were promptly addressed and the staff did their best to make up for any inconvenience. Highly impressed ☺️
There were some maintenance issues with the room which required attention. It’s a large property which needs a sharper focus on maintenance.

Booked in Sunday evening and was told dinner was available in the restaurant. However I since discovered the restaurant is closed Sunday nights. Poor advice.

The room stank of dirty hair on arrival. Two of the pillows had clearly not been cleaned. I had just driven 10 hours from Sydney. When I informed desk as I went out next morning, on return the pillowcases were changed, but not pillows! Roller blind broke, couldn’t be rolled up, and was not fixed during clean so I had no view, which I’d paid for. Remained broken during my stay. Towels not replaced. Mini bar not restocked. I was in Melbourne for funeral and had no energy to keep complaining. This was appalling maintenance of the room and not befitting the rates charged. What has happened to this hotel?

From the welcome at the front door, to the service at the counter thru the plush carpeted hallways into a clean comfortable room - The Westin was a fantastic place to stay.

there was a mouse in the dining room, he ran across the floor by our table at breakfast. I was informed he had been removed. A few days later there were alot of mouse droppings behind the area where bread and pastries were for the breakfast buffet.
