The Westin Melbourne

Beautiful spacious room with lovely large bathroom. Luxury linen and comfortable bed. Excellent location.

The doona was too warm. No option for a lighter blanket.

Great location right in the heart of Melbourne. The room was incredibly spacious and bed very comfortable.

The overall feel of the hotel was a little tired and dated. For the price point and compared to other Westin hotels we have stayed in, we felt it was a little lacking.

Lobby, Location, beds & service were all excellent

Despite my room being beautiful, it was not sound proof. I could hear more than normal street noise and also foot steps above me. Also, I had breakfast included in my room and I wanted to gift it to friends in another room as we were not going to use it (on the 3rd day) as we were checking out early. I was refused due to it being prepaid. I'm not sure why it matters when I paid it...I still paid for it & the friends were also staying in the hotel, and we are all members. Also no one asked me at checkin if I was a member so my number was not applied to my bill. I only realised this when I read the invoice sent by email.
