If you are looking for a clean hotel, this is the place to go. Every thing was spotless
Coffee sachets needed in the mini bar. I'm not a fan of coffee pods.

Loved the room upgrade. Very spacious and a nice view. Good sized bathroom
Unfortunately there was a soap scum rim around the bath. It was reported to reception and they sent housekeeping to clean it whilst we were out. They left a bottle of sparkling wine as an apology which was a very nice touch.

Loved the location - close to the Free Tram Zone. The facilities were excellent e.g heated pool and steam room.
Nothing to dislike.

Nice hote, great staff and breakfast.
TV setup is very poor, only free to air channels (no sports or movie channels) and fiddly casting from phone for Netflix or Youtube. This is not good enoufgh for a 5 star hotel.
Pillows were not good. I am not sure if there were other pillow options.
