Location close to everything, loved this historical property, such a beautiful building. We had lovely views of streetscape. Gated entry meant you could enter and leave property as pleased Very cosy accommodation. Loved the coffee shop right there, Husband brought me one first thing!
A few extra pillows would have been ideal. I like two pillows.

Location character and cafe inside the building
Unfortunately we had a day with no hot water which was unfortunate

Location. Close to the theatre. Close to shops. Easy walking.
TV did not have free to air. Texted staff but did not receive an answer. Toilet sometimes kept running water. Vanity in the bathroom was broken. Mat in lounge area was not safe as it was bunched up by the TV unit. Curtains in lounge area ripped.
