The staff were amazing, location was great & I loved the room! I stayed there for Taylor Swifts ERA's Tour & they customised my stay to make it even more special with Taylor Swift playing in my room, friendship bracelets & cookies. It was amazing!

Service on arrival and departure was, as always, excellent
Service at breakfast was very disappointing (for the first time ever). Our order was very simple (we both had exactly the same) but only one was delivered. i asked for the second and even then the kitchen had to ring their bell multiple times for it to be served (I could see it sitting on the kitchen servery). On leaving, one of the waiters (who was very professional throughout) advised there would be no charge which did markedly improve the experience!

We didnt realise Taylor Swift was in town. The ongoing Taylor Swift music in the hotel was a bit much.

Loved how they embraced Taylor Swift. The hotel was so nice!!! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Was very quiet at night. The bars were both stunning. Location perfect!

The rooms and beds at the QT are wonderful! The rooms are art-deco in my opinion, however thats what we love so much about the QT making it that little bit different and enjoyable... The beds are soft and dreamy and the QT room spray scents that you smell right throughout the hotel are just divine. We purchased this again so we can have our rooms at home smell like it as well. Thank you again for making our visits to Melbourne perfect!

Incredibly annoying music everywhere from lobby to lift, sometimes hearing two different obnoxious pop songs at the same time depending on where you are. Basic.

have stayed previously and staff were amazing, last time…
unfortunately, and taking into account they were busy, Hotel staff were not super welcoming, in fact, aside from a room attendant removing a cot in our room (who was lovely) and restaurant staff (who were amazing) reception & guest services were almost unwelcoming & not really in a mood to help out…

Overall - the hotel was very good and would definitely stay there again
Only criticism is the breakfast - the overall staffing was average and the service was not up to the level of the rest of the hotel who were excellent. also the coffee was dreadful for both Melbourne and a top hotel!
