We, group of eight, only had a one night stay but the staff, especially Helen, made it such a memorable stay that we would definitely consider going back. Helen remembered all our names and treated us with warmth and hospitality that was appreciated on our short weekend break. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything that could be needed. The breakfast and lunch was 100% outstanding. Whatever each of the department managers are doing - they are doing an amazing job with the quality and service they are providing. Thank you to the staff for making our stay.

Friendliness, excellent food, good location for Gatwick
Cramped room, small and very hard bed, worst television I've ever encountered. I have a "FIRE" Tv at home and it has a full range of freeview channels. The hotel "FIRE" TV had only 5 channels with no BBC, ITV rtc. I suspect it was improperly installed but it was an insult.
