Staff friendly, nice view, room was clean. Close to Oban for the ferry the next day
Nothing really, breakfast could be a bit better like just keep attentive to replenishing

Really charming, traditional and cozy hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. Room large very comfy with great views. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the meal was delicious
The breakfast was only average, which after such a nice dinner I was a bit surprised by. It was acceptable just nothing more

The location was good and the room was clean
Mattress was very hard and had springs digging in our backs, need replacing. We were told after booking that there would be a surcharge of £20 to use a cot for our 5 month old which we did not think was fair as the room was £180. The restaurant was disappointing, the drinks took 45 mins to arrive after ordering and the burger was not great.
