Amazing staff, the room with all of the espresso, the bed, the spa, and everything as amazing. I felt like a princess.
The pillows, they were mostly air.

I felt like a little princess. Check-in is in the restaurant reception. I didn’t know there was an elevator right next to a cat themed shop until I was already half way up the stairs to the property right next to a cat themed shop if you are arriving by train or boat (7 stories of stairs by the way). The spa was heavenly I got to spend two hours in there by my self! 🧖🏻♀️ The breakfast was also amazing. Staff was amazing.
I did’t want to leave.

Room was poorly heated and also poorly lighted. It lacked prpper storage for clothes.
We had to bring the suitcases ourselves to the room.
