Fantastic Location, Close to the Airport, Good Wifi, Extra large room big windows floor to ceiling, Work Desk station and sep comfortable seating, Bathroom area is very spacious with closet, cosmetic station, large vanity with walk in shower and sep WC. Hotel is extremely well catered to your every need with Friendly attentive staff and very helpful with any assistance you need. Exceptional High Tea in the afternoon and Drinks at Sundowners over looking the exceptional outlook over the pool on the Dubai Creek. Fantastic Breakfast big shout out to Zen & Gerard and the Omlet Chefs. - Amelia and the team on front reception goes above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I will definately be back soon. TV and channels need upgrade

1) Super friendly staff 2) Quietness 3) Privacy 4) Various breakfast

All the noise outside I can hear it. The TV was closed each 5 minutes . I ask the receptionist it’s my BD can I have welcoming cake, they did not bring.

I was there 4 years ago and it was a massive drop in therms of services and costumer service and the hotel itself !

The location is so far from everywhere ! Lots of construction sites nearby and the weather in compare with other places in dubai more polluted! Service not good at all ! Quality of food so bad ! My son got severe food poison there ! Not a good management at all !!!!!!no one is responsible!
