Overall, our stay at the Ramada Jerusalem was okay. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also decent. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the staff. Throughout our stay, we found the staff consistently very unfriendly and not particularly welcoming or helpful. This really affected the overall experience and is something the hotel should improve. Overall, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, but the service and attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast was good

They charged me $150 for my daughter to sleep in our room but all they used was the couch in the room there already

Breakfast was nice and the lift sytem was better then I remeber.

When we checked in, I feel we should have been given advice on what the protocols are if a siren sounds. It was a tense few days in the region, and as a foreigner who hasn’t experienced situations like this before, it would have been reassuring to know what to do. I also feel the room havent been updated since I last stayed there 10 years ago.
