Location convenient. Quiet even though in city. Very comfortable beds. Woolworth about a block away, lovely coffee Cafe on the block. Super friendly staff (we arrived 5:30am flight, they stored luggage and made recommendations).

Notification of restaurant hours. Looked on app restaurant & room service closed went downstairs on way out found it open. Came back 3 hrs later and closed🤔

Our apartment was super spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. Our bed was comfy, location was great and everywhere we wanted to visit in the city was within walking distance. House keeping was great too.
We thought we were going to have a fireplace in our apartment - the photos loaded against the apartment we booked had one. No big issue, we were just expecting one - the heat pumps in the bedrooms were a nice touch.

Perfect location for attending a show at the Arena. Walking distance to Britomart and CBD.
Spacious room. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Close to supermarket and restaurants cafes and brew bar. Happy hour in the bar and music.

Shoddy housekeeping with lack of tea towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, shortage of cutlery, insufficient kitchen utensils, sink plug didn’t fit. Air conditioning controller missing.

Good water pressure in the shower. Nice beds. Clean.
The walkway area back to my room is uncovered and had puddles of water all over. Could be rainwater so top floor might have been worse. Lower floors were visibly better.

It was located in an awesome area, close to many shopping and eating establishments. The room was great too!

Our booking was cancelled by the hotel without any notification
When we arrived we were told that they did have a room but it hadn't been cleaned so we were turned away on arrival at night. We had booked months in advance. Very disappointed in the service.

The entire suite was beautiful! I loved the bathrooms especially
I guess the only thing I found kind of scary was the walk to the room on the top level as the barriers was only short metal gating and like stone pavements that I thought would be slippery.
