luxurious,very clean , the breakfast is excellent and the location is amazing , the staff was helpful ,very responding ,i will visit again we had a wonderful time
the mattress could be more comfortable, the doors should be more soundproof we could hear the voices coming from the room next to us otherwise our stay was amazing

Very welcoming staff from the minute we walked in to the hotel including concierge reception staff got a room upgrade with anniversary cake and fruits dish felt really pampered and spoiled
Location very nice near shopping and restaurants
Also enjoyed the beach side walk

Most of the stuff, did you speak English or they speak it’s difficult to understand or understand you
I’ve been coming did this for many years pass?
But this time I see the level of five star hotel is going down
Listen to the experience the last few years also the guest is from overseas having people speaking English very important so it makes life comfortable and easy
To me, I would think twice if I would like to come back to this hotel or not
