Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park Auckland

What made this hotel truly exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel genuinely welcome, comfortable and cared for. There was such warmth, kindness and attention in every interaction, from reception to housekeeping and room service. The level of service was outstanding, but what impressed us most was how personal and sincere it felt. The staff did not simply provide excellent service, they created the atmosphere that made our stay so special. The owners of this hotel are incredibly fortunate to have brought together such an exceptional team. It is rare to find so many wonderful people in one place, and they are without a doubt the heart of this hotel. We left with very warm memories, and a large part of that is thanks to them.

The location

It did not have block out blinds/ curtains to block out the sun in the mornings, so it was very bright early in the morning when we wish to sleep in.

It was a very clean and well equipped apartment with a really good view of the city skyline and harbour brjdge. It's close to all the shops and restaurants you'd want to see in Auckland downtown. The staff were very responsive and the facilities were good. Parking is hard to find nearby but they have their own hotel parking spaces or wilson parking attached to their hotel which was convenient but it is another $30 extra overnight.
