Maili was excellent and welcomed us to the hotel, she ensured we were happy with the rooms and checked in on us throughout our stay.

The property is centrally located, very easy to get around old town.
Unfortunately the pool area was not operational due to renovation. But all in all property was excellent.

The location is a dream and also the people working there were quite nice.
We booked a standard room which they themselves upgraded. But even the upgraded room wasn’t good. So I asked for another room for which I paid another 100 Dollars on top of my previous payment. It was decent but for that price you get nicer rooms, e.g. The Legend Hanoi in which we stayed before.
Also the breakfast wasn’t that good, so we skipped it entirely the second day.
