Amazing hotel right in the middle of the old quarter and amongst shops and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and great AC. The staff are absolutely fantastic!! Could not have been more friendly and helpful, we LOVE Ivy and Ruby!! Breakfast is a 10/10 especially the fresh fruit and the pho.
Nothing, it was amazing

Staff and location
The location can be quite chaotic at certain times of the day.

Really loved our stay here! Even before arriving, the staff were consistent in chatting with me about our travel plans, answering all my queries, and suggesting tours. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were. Upon arriving, they also greeted us warmly, treated us kindly and respectfully. Very thoughtful staff, especially Ruby, Quin, and Lily. They provided us a Hanoi guide, which included must-eats, tourist spots, etc and a Hanoi map. We also really enjoyed their breakfast buffet :) Our room was very clean, with comfy beds and linens, with toiletries and towels etc. Highly recommended hotel!
