In my opinion Dakota is the best hotel in Leeds. From the moment you step through the door you are greeted in a friendly manner and in wow surroundings. Being able to park outside the door and use the valet parking is invaluable to me as my husband is disabled. We were celebrating my husband's 80th birthday and our 44th wedding anniversary and the team at Dakota made the occasion extra special with lovely thoughtful touches. The porters are superb. I went to see the Jane McDonald concert and when the porter brought my car back to me the following day he remembered and asked if I'd enjoyed it. That's professionalism. Would always choose Dakota when in Leeds.

The property was simply stunning. The room we stayed in was immaculate, spacious, luxurious and unbelievably comfortable. The hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. They made arrangements on my behalf, for my partners 40th birthday, and had balloons, a “happy birthday” plate consisting of fruit and chocolates and rose petals scattered on the bed for our arrival. This made our stay even more special and my partner was delighted.
There wasn’t anything to not like. It was wonderful.
