Comfortable, clean and good value for money. Great location for the train station and visiting the uni and seeing the city. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was also good. Friendly staff.

The timing of breakfast.
The room was clean when I checked in but when I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 days later, they did not clean it well.
