Crowne Plaza Leeds by IHG

Crowne Plaza is just a short walk from Leeds City Railway Station and therefore close to shops, restaurants etc. I haven’t stayed at the CP before but I was attracted to the pool and spa facilities which did not disappoint at all. The reception area is beautifully opulent and I was greeted immediately by a lovely reception host called Maya with a big smile. It was so welcoming, very professional and I was given all the details I needed about using the Spa and Restaurant area. I was travelling alone but was so comfortable to explore the amenities solo, which can sometimes be daunting. It will be my first choice hotel for the next time I am back in Leeds.

I have absolutely nothing negative to report on the Crowne Plaza.

close to centre of town. 2 double beds in room, bath shower. Friendly staff. Car parking £18.50 overnight

View was poor and window only opened about 2 cm! Breakfast was not managed well at all. We queued for over 5 mins , the juices were empty, food left out and not replaced. Only 2 staff working. Taste was poor too for what we expected.

Well cooked and tasty

Breakfast was very nice ,beds was very comfortable had a lovely night sleep

When you buy a drink it’s different price when you go back for the same drink,add more money on ,and my first room was very smelly like a dirty hoover and dirty mop
