Good size room, very clean and friendly helpful staff
No ramp on the stairs but I asked about it and was informed of the entrance on Quay side- (taxi drop off)

Located in the centre of town - about a 20 mins walk from the university, that we visited. We checked in late and the small underground car park was full but was allowed to park on the forecourt against a charge. The common areas are upmarket and the bar/restaurants are good. The rooms are generously sized, the bathroom and WC were seperate and was adequate and as expected from this brand. Overall, a good experience and a happy customer.

Location, bar area and ease of parking
Bathroom could do with a spruce up

Located in the city centre is ideal for socialising and shopping
The room felt unclean and the bed was uncomfortable ie it felt like the mattress sunk in the middle. Also breakfast was poor ie bringing fresh food out to the as very slow. I only saw 1 old boy refreshing the empty pots.
