The location was beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean, plus the view from the budget room was lovely.
The facilities needed updating like the taps were loose but otherwise it was ok.

This was very well located to visit the Queensferry area & the Firth of Forth Bridge. The young lady who checked me in very thoughtfully carried my bag upstairs. My bed and room were clean & very comfortable. The room was exactly what I needed, a good, quiet, budget friendly and comfortable place to spend the night. The shower was great.

The view from the room was excellent & the location suited our needs for visiting Dundas Castle
The shower cubicle was a little small, but satisfactory for our stay.

Ho alloggiato in una camera dall'arredo in stile, semplice e delizios..."
