Very friendly and helpful staff
Like all pubs that are also B&Bs the breakfast area that also part of the bar would benefit from regular deep cleans. But very minor point.

Staff very friendly
Manageress very informative and friendly
Room was very clean
Lovely location at the seafront
Food was good.
Breakfast was really good for the price £10 per person
They had a £4 special drink menu
Atmosphere was good
Nice beer garden
Room was a little noisy
We heard a fan maybe coming from kitchen area as our room was above but we did have the windows open as it was warm.
It wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Clean good location & lovely breakfast
The bed was too firm
Droning noise coming from bathroom
which went on most of the night
This is not the hotels fault but I was in room 3 & was disturbed by people in the room above who were constantly walking about & banging drawers from 7 30am till they eventually left at 9am!
My advice get a room with no one above you!!

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, lo staff molto accogliente ci ha trovato posto per cena al pub al piano terra. Assolutamente consigliato"
