Athollbank is a hidden gem just off a main road with great transport links to the station, central Dundee and the V&A. Behind the terrace facade was a warm welcome from our wonderful host, Robbie, a very comfortable room with attached private bathroom and a cosy breakfast room that guaranteed conversation between the guests. It was also available to heat meals at other times with access to crockery and a microwave. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Our stay was comfortable, homely and relaxing all overseen with care by our host.

Breakfast was good and well organised. The evening before, you filled in the docket as to what you required for Breakfast and when you arrived for breakfast, all was as you had ordered! Great Job.
Not many negatives, all was as expected.

A delightful guest house . An authentic, traditional Bed and Breakfast . Clean and very comfortable room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast in a lovely dining room . Much effort was put into Athollbank to make for a very pleasing stay
Nothing, we could not fault our stay
