Clean, reasonably comfy and good value. Outside is a tip. Badly needs rubbish picked up and garden areas weeded. Totally gives bad impression.
Initial look. Rubbish tip.

Does what it says on the tin, basic overnight accommodation at the side of the road, and cheap. Brilliant powerful shower.
The carpet is just so old and bathroom floor the same that is impossible for it to look or feel clean. Old locks on doors gave it a slightly edgy feel as a lone female traveller, although to be honest it was perfectly fine and quiet despite the busy road.
