Rooms were comfortable and well laid out with lovely amenities. Warmly greeted on arrival. The car was securely parked and room was quiet.

Asked for the extra bed to be made up on arrival and it wasn’t.

The hotel was clean and perfect location. We were attending a wedding and didn’t want to stay in the city. Beds were super comfortable.

very poor selection of coffee in room no welcome bottle of water no biscuits. shower soap etc was just bulk on wall cheap . i expected better than this from a premium brand hotel. could mot see tv from bed

Our fourth stay at this hotel. Location is everything for an early flight from Melb airport Fresh new hotel, rooms spacious and very quiet, shower is excellent after a long flight. Excellent well priced option. Shuttle is an added bonus if it works in with your timings

Staff are a bit lacking in customer service, not very engaging and quite robotic. Rooms lack a bit of detail like no wine or water glasses.
