The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great - with a supermarket across the road and food places handy.

An excellent apartment with everything we needed, including a washing machine.

Good location
Room was not ready upon arrival. Said they would sms me when ready. They never did, so I went back and found out the room had been ready for some time. When the manager on duty realised I saw him then tell one of the junior staff to start sending smses.
At the end of the trip I asked if I could have a late chexkout for 12pm. The female manager replied to say they could inly do 1hr extra as they were fully booked yey upon checking out there were no cleaners around at all on my floor so not sure exactly why she could not give me the extra hour. I saw her at reception and she had a smug look on her face. She knew she had been lying and was just in the mood to show poor customer service. I oaid too rate for my roo. It wasn’t even anything soecial. You don’t even stock the room with anything except a couple of uht milk bottles.
