Grande residenza moderna di 25 mq situata in una corte tranquilla a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ea 20 minuti a piedi da negozi, caffetterie, bar e ristoranti. Garage doppio e buone aree esterne offrono un cortile posteriore e una terrazza posteriore al primo piano con vista sull'oceano.
Al piano terra ci sono due ampie camere da letto una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letto matrimoniale e letti a castello singoli, bagno, lavanderia e zona giorno. La zona giorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo e televisione.
Il primo piano ha una camera da letto principale con WIR e bagno privato, stanza in polvere, cucina, pasti, camera familiare e porte a due ante aperte sul patio con ambiente esterno e barbecue.
Una scalinata conduce alla terrazza sul tetto con una vista mozzafiato da Port Phillip verso Torquay Point. Posto meraviglioso per godersi il tramonto e drink serali.

What a fantastic property! It had everything we needed and more. The little extra touches like some supplies in the pantry, shampoo & conditioner in bathrooms, chocolates and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy were greatly appreciated. The option of an early checkin and a later checkout were added bonuses. The communication from the owners, Dallas & Toni was great.
We will be coming back to this property again for sure!

We enjoyed our weekend stay with a group of girlfriends at the Torquay Retreat. The place was spotless, it was clean, neat and has everything that you could possibly need. It had ocean views from the living areas upstairs and also an outdoor dining table which you can use while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.
The only negative feedback is that the stairs have no handrails. For the elderlies, hard to balance coming up and down not holding on any handrails.
Definitely recommend for families or friends.

We loved our stay at Torquay Retreat on Baden. The house offers great accommodation, is spotlessly clean, and comes with everything you could possibly need for a great stay! Modern with a homely feel. We are a family of 6 adults so only utilised the 3 spacious bedrooms (master with ensuite upstairs) and 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a second modern bathroom. Comfy beds offer good sleep quality. There is also bunk accom for 4 extra persons, however we did not need this.
The upstairs living is great, with a fully equipped entertainers kitchen leading to a large deck area with outdoor table and chairs (great for relaxed meals in the sun) and then the rooftop deck above that. Great views over the rooftops to the beach. We didn't get to use the firepit in the back garden but it would be lovely to toast marshmallows over in winter. Dallas was great to deal with, check in/out was extremely easy. Highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay in a quiet location.

We came to Torquay for a wedding but enjoyed our stay for reasons beyond the wedding.
The house was comfortable and the owners accommodating. The photo's didn't do it justice and we were so happy by how family friendly the house was. The only shame was that we couldn't stay longer.
We will be coming back with friends to this ideal location with all the comforts you could want from home.

This place was the perfect retreat for the weekend. We would've stayed longer if we could. It spacious, clean had everything we needed so it really felt like a home. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolute perfection. Great location, easy walk to beach and shops. Quiet estate and the house itself has everything you could possibly want. It’s very clean, spacious and the rooftop area is perfect for afternoon drinks & nibbles.

This house is perfect for a relaxing break, beautifully appointed, with lots of space and close to the main street, it's got everything you need for the perfect holiday. Could not recommend this place highly enough! Two outdoor areas to enjoy the amazing views, huge living spaces and great facilities. We'll be coming back!!
