Staff attentive, big room, quite old fashioned with the minimal coffee & tea amenities
HARD BED needed x 3 toppers, buffet breakfast geared up the 80% samsung korean employees who work from there...very few Europeans

Early check-in and late checkout was the best. Beautiful afternoon tea in Club Lounge. The manager Chi was exceptional. Chi provided so much information that we need to know of the areas that we wanted to visit. Not only that she gave us a wonderful gift before we left, Chi also called the next hotel that we were going to so that we can get a room upgrade. And due to her diligence and prompt service, the staff members at the next hotel already knew about us before we even got there.
Nothing. We loved everything. From the A-la-carte breakfast to evening cocktails. Will definitely stay at L72 again when we're back in Hanoi.
