النظافة والموقع والسعر والاطلالة والعزل في الغرف ومن لديه سيارة فالمنطقة ليست بعيدة وراقية وآمنة جدا كما هو الحال في اسطنبول

1- مدير الفندق الذي اذا عرف ان حجزك عن طريق بوكنج يقدم لك افطار مجاني مع حجزك ويطلبك ان تفتح التطبيق ليقوم بالتقييم بنفسه اعتقد ان الفندق جميل ولا يتطلب كل هذا 2- رسوم مواقف السيارات وان كانت رمزية 3- الافطار متواضع 4- تجميد مبلغ كبير من البطاقة الائتمانية حتى يتم الخصم منه اذا استخدمت اي مدفوعات، لكني طلبت عدم تجميد اي مبلغ وسأدفع عند الحاجة ووافقوا

Servers: 1. Four times I needed to ask to fix water tab in room 210 for invalids, finally the workers find out the water is running when you put bathroom lights on. Nobody informed me at reception, usually it is always works. 2. My wife also four times asked the hair dryer in the room, two times by phone and two times from reception. I stayed many times in Hilton Bakirkoy, but need to say now I was totally disappointed,

Relax in the lobby was excellent,the view from our room on the water was amazing, especially with every morning type from dolphins. Location is also perfect, close to many restaurants.

Our room was not very clean, found water bottles, champagne bottle cap and sunflowers as well as dust, for a 5* hotel … For swimming in the pool we had to buy a 5€ cap. The AC in our room was far from ideal, with a setpoint at 17 degrees the room still did not cool down, ask the management who send a technician but our last night (from 5) it was still the same. We had to ventilate our room - door cracked open and the window open to lower the room temperature from 26 to a acceptable temperature.

- اللونج لا يوفر وجبات خفيفة الا بأوقات محدودة وعند عودتنا لا توجد سوي المشروبات الغازية والعصاير - الدش يمتلئ بالماء - المواقف غير مجانية للنزلاء
