Best Western Premier Ottoperla Hotel

Good location, clean room , good breakfast, helpful staff

I asked for top floor and sea view but i got lower floor and view of next hotel 😃then cleaner brough me a iron but not really wanted to clean the room so i had to say ok😃 free parking wich is fine but an idiot with rent a car parked so close to my car so i couldnt get in and door was sctatched. 🤬Not sure what parking staff was doing if not looking when vehicle is not parked properly

I love everything about ottoperla the staff are very welcoming and kind.

Just problem with the lift sometimes but was ok

The room was fair, and the sea view was nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, Murad and Emre. They were consistently rude and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, their response was, “It’s not our job,” and their overall attitude toward customers was unprofessional and unfriendly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service standard expected. There is only one elevator available for guests in a 15-floor building, which causes long wait times and inconvenience. Meanwhile, there’s a separate hidden elevator designated for hotel staff that you can use.
