I liked that the property was clean , a restaurant option, and close to my event . In addition, when we arrived all the staff i encountered, were very helpful , kind and respectful.

The one nights stays with taxes and “additional “ daily charge for parking garage and or self parking garage, is a little pricey, $300 something 😳 all together . Also, our family was given a handicapped room and we are not handicapped so I didn’t understand that , I booked two months n advance and held room with a card , not sure why I wasn’t given a reg room .

the staff was very kind and helpful. They answered any questions we had about the area.

The TV system was not working well. Our TV frozen every minute or two. We couldn't find any channel that wouldn't freeze. Guess their engineers were working on it.

The only issue I had was the closet light wouldn’t shut off, and interrupted my sleep a little bit. But very small issue.

Loved the amazing views of downtown kc, staff were so helpful and welcoming! The hot tubs to die for. Overall vibe, amazing.

Parking is not ideal but thats okay. It was still amazing.

O ambiente do hotel é deslumbrante, desde o hall de entrada até os quartos. O staff é muito atencioso em todas as áreas do hotel. O estacionamento é excelente e muito prático de acessar. Café da manhã pago à parte também muito bom, bem como a comida do restaurante. O bar serve drinks ótimos além de ser um ambiente lindo! O hotel estava um agito só devido partida do Chiefs na tarde do dia 31/12!!!! Muito legal vivenciar isso.

Uma de minhas filhas esqueceu no seu quarto o shampoo, condicionador e demaquilante novinhos. Fez check out no dia anterior ao nosso e lembrou no final da tarde , horas após ter ido embora. Fizemos contato com a recepção do hotel, mas os ítens simplesmente desapareceram. Uma pena não haver política de ao encontrar ítens pessoas dos hospedes esquecidos, que os mesmos sejam guardados pelo menos uma dia para possam reavê-los. Nem tudo se mede em valor financeiro, e com certeza alguns itens esquecidos poderiam ser de interesse do hóspede.

Good location near P&L District. Very New Property in an old city. Beautiful Hotel all around.

Property was clean and the views from our room were great. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. The bar was great and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel lobby was mass chaos all of the time. It was so busy, hard to get a drink at the stillwell bar, and always loud. Water pressure in the showers were less than ideal.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location! Easy to walk around downtown and since the town itself is not busy, also easy for street parking. So great

The hotel is phenomenal. I really enjoyed the design of each every part I got to see. The bed was so comfortable I had such a great night’s rest.

The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t not stay longer. I am not one to have regrets, so my plan will be to visit again soon. I wish I could have enjoyed the pool longer and woke up to workout. 🤭

It smelled so good throughout the building. I thought using the key card was pretty cool to access the elevators.

No food options after 10pm.

The location was very walkable. Hotel is next to the Performing Arts Center. Staff from valet, reception, restaurant staff and housekeeping are all exceptional They are very professional,friendly, helpful and knowledgeable … very welcoming. The rooms are designed very nicely, clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a pool, work out room, beautiful terrace as well as lots of options to choose from for meals. Also communication with the staff is very open and easy…. You can call or text whatever your needs are. We definitely will stay here again when we visit Kansas City lots of things to do or see

I have no complaints

Sort of a surprise in downtown Kansas City. The location was excellent and the views from our rooms (we actually got a 2nd room during our stay) were stunning. We had a top floor room, which was only slightly more expensive than a similar room or a lower floor. Having stayed at other luxury properties in the US, this one really measured up to some of the more recognizable brand apps. Actually, looking forward to another opportunity to stay here.

This is sort of nitpicky, but I had a sort of unusual experience with housekeeping. They knocked on my door one morning (around 0900) and when I asked them to come back around 11, I was greeted with some blank stairs, and no real response. About five minutes later, the housekeeper came back with her supervisor, and I again confirmed that I would prefer to have the room cleaned at 11. This was after a call from housekeeping where I again confirmed that I would like for them to come at 11! 11 o’clock came in no housekeeping, so I eventually called them around noon and ask him to come then and clean. They did what I ask, but it was certainly odd, and I suspect that it is because the housekeeping crew is not communicating well, with their supervisors or clients.

A little bit industrial

Parking was simple, the rooms were very nice and clean. Appeared recently updated/built. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant/bar area in the lobby, conference rooms/ballroom, and an outdoor patio on the 7th floor. It's not far from the Chiefs stadium and Royals stadium, about 15 minutes.

Only complaint is it's near a concert hall which was loud. Overall it didn't bother me but it may bother some people.
