White Linen Whitby, Room Only

Location was really good however entry to the property wasn’t. The car port at the back where you collect your key from could be a little hazardous as there were no handrails down the steps and the key box when opened via a code actually opened all the boxes also the lock in the main door needs replacing we ended up having to go down and let a couple in cos they couldn’t get the key to work. The front entrance has about 8 steep steps to the front door which may be an issue for people who have mobility issues and it might be mentioning this in the main info. Room was as per the pictures on website lovely furnishings and little touches however the bathroom was tiny and the facia at the bottom of the shower tray was sticking out at both ends looked like it had been kicked. We also found an empty lager can under the bed so housekeeping could be better. Saying all of that it was a lovely stay, well situated and worth the price.

Room and furnishings lovely x lovely building great location

Excellent location, beautiful accommodation, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. I appreciated the parking pass.

Minor quibbles, the shower head holder was loose so it meant that I couldn't fix the shower head up high enough and the WiFi was poor.

great location, clean & spacious room

Absolutely stunning room and location. Our room had everything we could have needed. Beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. The parking permit was a great addition to this stay. Bed was comfy, property was peaceful and quiet. Communications prior to arrival was first class.

I’m nit picking - not being able to leave via the back door - our car was parked on Walker Street was a little challenging with bags etc. The mini fridge provided was not cold.
