Bed was large, and the room was spotless including the bathroom. The armchairs in the room were also very comfortable. The host was very relaxed and welcoming. The location was a short walk from the old city area. The house was very quiet with very little noise from neighbouring rooms or cleaners. The bay parking behind the house was very useful as the road leading up was a narrow single lane up a hill.
The area surrounding the building smelt strongly of weed and as a result when you ran the bathroom fan the smell would leak in, though there is a switch to turn the fan off and avoid it. The room has old school window shutters which whilst complement the look of the room let in a lot of light in the morning.

Great sized bedroom in a wonderful old building close to the station and town centre.
Facilities included a pool table and darts.
The accomodation was easy to miss with very little signage.
Access via Walker Road.
