Perfect and beautiful location. We rented a 2-bedroom villa with our family of 5, which was very nice and comfortable. Pools are nice and clean, the sandy Esmeralda beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also good value for the money.

We missed nuances from the otherwise well equipped kitchen: a good cooking knife, cheese grater, proper coffee cup for the nespresso machine.

-A bit outdated facilities: no dishwasher, but you know what you reserve. There are newer villas for a higher price.

Everything else was great - staff, location, food all excellent.

Only problem - at check- in, having already filled in 6 people's passport details online to "speed up check in" I was asked to find and then forward by email confirmation of all 6 documents. As I'm standing at the desk. To be fair, after 15 mins of searching my phone and only finding one, the staff member said that it would probably be ok. What is the point of taking the time to pre fill documents if you then have to prove that you have done it when you arrive? Annoying start...
