This hotel has many positives. the staff are pleasant and always keen to help. I liked the lobby cafe/bar area which is tidy and open. The Olympia lounge on 11th floor has good views, but is often not open. The bedroom was clean and smart.

Other reviews have said this, and guests who I had met before - there is rarely any hot water. The staff try to put a brave face on it by saying there are issues with the water heater, but it is simply not good enough. I stayed for 7 days and on only 2 of those was there any hot water - and even then it was necessary to try it every hour to see if it was warm enough to grab a quick shower. The breakfasts were good but because the hotel is used as overnight layovers the restaurant is swamped by 0630 and everything eaten before other guests arrive. this necessitates a wait for replenishment. sometimes a long wait - but as I say, the restaurant staff do try very hard. As for the restaurant, it is open very long hours and has a wide menu. The layover customers also arrive quite late and start filling rooms, very loudly at midnight. They then depart, very loudly at 0600. It might be better to separate layoff rooms from other customers.

I love the room, very roomie, I also like the arrangement in the room and the location. Staff and services were great.

The Jacuzzi didn't work and I feel like they should be a discount for that because that was the main reason I rent that place.

well it will be unfair to comment in full as this is used as a quarantine center and transit hotel so there would be gaps for example they would not clean the room or pick up garbage which is understandably so under the circumstances. should be a very nice place to stay under normal circumstances.

housekeeping but again as a quarantine center who would want to risk.
