We stayed in a river-view room with a beautiful, clear view of the Kamo River. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was very comfortable.
Everything was great.

Location was great and the streets were so sweet. Views from the room were wonderful and it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and take in the surroundings. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.
After a very long day travelling to the property on a hot and humid day it would have been nice to arrive to maybe just a cold bottle or jug of water in the fridge, or been offered that at reception, especially as the person on reception kept commenting on how tired we looked and sounded. Sometimes it’s the little things that are the most thoughtful. The air conditioner was on in the room though, which was appreciated.

Very friendly staff in a nice and quiet location close to the centre

Hotel staff were amazing, and the morning breakfasts were alright! Room itself was lackluster, and everything felt cheap. No room service, but at least you can pick towels from the main lobby whenever you want and emptying your combustibles/recycling was easy enough. But there was not a full mirror, no paper towels, no hooks/racks to place towels you just used, and everything felt a bit cheap. It was nice to have a couch in the hotel though.
Does not include a full mirror, no paper towels, no hooks/racks for used towels, everything felt cheap.
