Property was beautiful and we had a corner room with lovely windows. The staff were incredible and had our room ready and hour early allowing us to check in. Room was very comfortable and they also have ability to do laundry on site. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend hiring the LUUP e- bikes available just outside and travelling that way, it was very convenient and enjoyable.
The room service is more of a touch up rather than full room service, apparently you can ask for a sheet change but given we were there three nights, we didn’t bother.

Great location, wonderful staff and great breakfast treat. Rooms were nice.

Room size was better than expected compared to other hotels in Japan. It’s a bit further from the main train station, about 20 min walking but not a major because the hotel area has a lot of restaurants around. Such a great idea to have a light breakfast included in the hotel fare where you can take a tray to your room.
Nothing that comes in mind. Everything was good.
