Beautiful apartments, with all our needs met. Travelled with kids and extended group. The staff were very helpful. We were close to a supermarket and a beautiful area of Kyoto. I would make this my base again for Kyoto. Very comfortable to stay. A great kids play room.
It would be great to be closer to the Gion district, but this area is still quiet and beautiful. We kept using taxis more than trains due to the large group of people we had at various ages, but the trains were not that hard to use nearby.

Fantastic location, convenient for visiting landmarks by walking and public transit. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and lip
No complaints here.

Our Family room was Huge! The beds were so comfortable and really clean. The staff, especially Mac on reception were so helpful. Mac actually overheard me worrying about getting the train with luggage to our next destination and he gave us local knowledge even down to which exit gate Osaka side to save us trekking on stairs. The location was perfect for a little walk after dinners in the busier parts of town.

Consistent with my prior experience at Mimaru hotels, specifically the Tokio Ikebukuru Mimaro, this establishment offers an exceptional stay in a prime location. The staff demonstrated outstanding attentiveness, fulfilling every request promptly. My entire stay was characterized by comfort and tranquility.
No one point.
