Excellent location and great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the adult pool and swim up bar. So tropical and had a lovely Bali feel. Lots of choices at breakfast.
Room lacked a couple of items which we would have liked : an iron and ironing board, body lotion.
More information about the hotel and services when we checked in. Our TV remote wouldn’t turn off the Tv and I did ask for it to be replaced which didn’t happen. The gym was very small and needed a couple more treadmills and equipment.

We booked 2 x deluxe garden bungalows as interconnecting for our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 teens.
The bungalows were very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet.
The location of the hotel is fantastic for walking to local restaurants and shopping and by the beachfront.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and classic Balinese style in a beautiful big open air restaurant.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and tropical.
The pools are not big enough for the amount of guests and are not inviting at all. They need a big upgrade.
The adults only pool was seedy with not much room, everyone on top of each other and terrible loud music.
We did not go in the pools once during our stay.
The food at the hotel restaurant by the beachfront was terrible. Over priced and inedible.
The towels in the room need to be replaced with newer towels, they seem very old.
