Spacious, clean and fairly modern room.
Friendly staff.
Beautiful grounds / gardens.
The pool was quite adequate for our needs.
In January We booked 2 twin rooms for our holiday in September. We requested neighbouring rooms at time of booking. Then again 6 weeks before our trip. We were placed in rooms in 2 very different / separate locations. Neither were twin. When we queried at reception, they said that was all that was available. I was very surprised given how early we had booked and made the request.

Great location, friendly staff
Mosquito's at night were very bad couldn't sleep even though we sprayed every night.
Also sewage smell coming from bathroom.

We were in a Alam Lanai room near the garden pool so we didnt need to go too far to swim and the location opposite the beach was great. The closeness to Melasti street was also good so we could go to Garlic Lane easily etc.
The bed was like rock, so bad that we asked them to swap mattresses or rooms. This took nearly a full day and we had to nag before they eventually obtained a topper which improved it slightly. We found the resort to have quite a cramped feel to it, with the rooms on top of each other and we could hear guests coming and going late at night.
