Location, buffet breakfast, pool and the staff.
Pool bar very noisy when people started drinking and the volume of the music became louder and louder. Was hard relaxing when that happened. There didn't seem to be any control about this.
Also smoking around the pool and in the pool was hard if you're a non smoker.
Rooms are a little bit outdated furniture wise.

The ground floor superior deluxe room was lovely. Clean and cool.
The noise from the pool bar has put me off for good. Music was blaring all day, which only encouraged a large group of new arrivals to party in the pool all day snd evening. Went for a relaxing holiday and spent the last two days away from the hotel to get that.

Location very central easy access to most things in area some staff very nice
The noise from morning all through the night staff doing the fog spray at 6am very noisy no notice so then the place is filled with the smoke or chemicals they use to stop mosquitoes some of the staff were very rude and unhelpful music all day and throughout the night they put earplugs next to the bed to use
