Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was very pleasant.
Unfortunately we had to move rooms on second night due to noisy neighbours

Everything!!
Nothing!!

The building looks fantastic and the professionalism of some of the staff was outstanding, some just okay.
On arrival after booking as travelling with pets, I was told that my very quiet, well behaved dog is only allowed in the bedroom and not in communal areas, now telling me on arrival is way too late, but that meant I was unable to eat and drink in the bar or restaurant, saved me about £150 after going to Sainsbury’s, sadly hotel lost out.
