Great location
Parking is very limited and tight spaces. There is a car park close by but you have to get up early to renew ticket if you are not using the car that day.

Was able to park on site which was great and the City is really close.
The reception and associated rooms were plentiful and large.
Bedrooms comfortable
Until breakfast the following day I came across so few people. The place was dead. I had dinner and there were only 2 tables taken. The meal was so basic.

How close it was to york centre
I appreciate the set up for my daughter in the room for her birthday
On arrival started off great, came back later for keys for room and ran into a rat in the carpark
Not what you want to see next to the room your staying in.
Told reception and got ooo so there about, not bothered in the slightest
Bathroom needs a uplift as good clean
