1. Beautiful view despite being 10-15min walk from the city center, 2. Social area, 3. Staff, specially Mel at reception and the Manager
1. Cleanliness below minimum acceptable for such a nice value proposition, 2. Awkward layout with larger than expected sofa, 3. Maintenance specifically for the heating system that was not working properly

The property it self was god. Clean, quiet, spacious, good location, friendly staff. Very good shower.
The mattress! In room 233 the mattress was horrible. The metal frame connection bar to support the springs inside was digging into my rib. I have tried to change the position with the partner but it was the same. So in the middle in the night we had to turn the mattress around that the part would be where the legs are. It wasn't the most comfortable for my legs, but at least I could sleep without digging hard. You still could feel the springs as well, but it was bearable. Not sure if it is the same in all rooms or we just were unlucky. So you should definitely change it to a little bit better quality
