A fabulous stay at The Grand in York—it's called The Grand for a reason! The hotel is lovely, and this was my second visit. I’ll definitely be back for a third, all going well.

Very Central
The staff were nit very helpful as the hotel was not full but still they kept to the rule of 3 o’clock check in and 12 o’clock check out. At this rate one should be flexible and customer friendly
